I am pleased to announce some upgrades that I anticipate you will find very helpful as we work together toward your graphic design needs.

New Online Client Portal!

This is your own online dashboard that features:

  • Project management and scheduling (associated tasks, milestones, statuses, updates, files, and commenting) - Know which of your projects are in progress and when you can expect to hear from me with a status update.
  • Email piping - Emails sent through the system will be automatically saved to an appropriate location (project, task, or support ticket). No more lost messages.
  • Work request form - Efficiently give me all the information I need to properly schedule and prioritize your new project.
  • View and pay invoices

If you already received login information and misplaced it, you can reset your password here: https://www.highrealmgraphics.com/client-reset/

This portal will be effective on all projects and invoices moving forward. (no retro)

A huge “Thank You!” to those of you who tested this with me!  Developers are constantly working to improve this function, so you will continue to see improvements moving forward.

File Keep with Google Drive

Finally, a place where you can access all your mockups, proofs, and end files that I create for you moving forward*.  (Until further notice, this upgrade will be free of charge, but may require a small subscription charge later on for access.)

*This upgrade will be in effect moving forward only. If you would like me to compile all your historical files, this will warrant an appropriate fee based on quantity of files and depth of history.

Now you can use Google Drive’s commenting feature to indicate change requests.  This feature does not require you to have a Google account, although I highly recommend it for the additional features.  Plus, it's free!

Adobe PDF Commenting via the Free Adobe Reader

For larger-scale design projects such as magazines, catalogs, or interior book layout, I will be submitting PDFs via Adobe’s emailed commenting.  With this, you can comment your change requests using the free Adobe Reader’s commenting tools, and then submit those comments to me with a simple click.

Upcoming - Revised Working Terms

Lessons get learned and life bring new demands. I will soon be updating my general working terms to more fully ensure mutual fairness and respect of time and services. Thank you for understanding.

I appreciate all your business and look forward to improved workflows as we implement these tools!
