Email piping - Emails sent through the system will be automatically saved to an appropriate location (project, task, or support ticket). No more lost messages.
Work request form - Efficiently give me all the information I need to properly schedule and prioritize your new project.

Now you can use Google Drive’s commenting feature to indicate change requests. This feature does not require you to have a Google account, although I highly recommend it for the additional features. Plus, it's free!
